Yesterday was salad w tuna. Today was lean organic beef, cheese, raisins. Quite pitiful. Tomorrow will be better-salmon...all the talk here has my mouth watering, almond butter.

Everyone here eats such healthy food!
I am in awe of this, my own diet has been appalling recently - partly due to laziness but mainly due to financial issues, I've had to cut back on buying groceries due to many of my favourite foods becoming too expensive for me.
Reading these posts has inspired me to try to eat better as I spend less money.
Increased my water consumption and ate strawberries, chicken breast, corn on the cobb.
I never eat healthier than when I'm trying to actively grow my hair, lol. It makes me way more nutrition-conscious, which is great cuz I suddenly have more energy!
Today so far:
2 eggs and sourdough toast with butter, 1/2 cup blueberries, green juice, protein shake, lentil vegetable soup. No idea yet what I want to make for dinner, but I have 2 hours of pole class so it will probably be something high protein.
Yesterday was salmon, some kind of rucola-based salad thing, and fried tomato.
The day before yesterday I had chicken and broccoli.
Eggs, with pea shoots, leeks and goat cheese on sourdough toast. Lots of tea and water, vitamins and fish oil. For dinner later, tuna steaks, asparagus, red cabbage slaw, with maybe brown rice.
Yesterday was omelette with tuna, bell pepper, tomato, and Gouda cheese. I also had the leftovers cold today; it was very pizza-like and nice even cold!
Other than that, I've had smoked Baltic herring, sausages, and some grapes today.
Yesterday and today, it's been chicken, pork, egg, and asparagus. For dessert, we had "oven cheese", which is basically "booster milk" (produced by cows for their newborns) chucked into the oven and consumed with cinnamon, cream, and a little sweetener. Love me a thiccc dessert like that!
Breakfast was greek style yogurt with honey and two slices of wholemeal bread. This afternoon I ate some peanut brittle.
I added cream to a large mug of coffee.
For breakfast, I had oatmeal with collagen and wheat germ!
I’m going to have baked chicken with lots of veggies tonight
