Protein.
Butternut squash soup with a slice of poppy seed rye bread for lunch and ham and potato for dinner. I also had gingerbread cookies to keep my spirits up so my hair would be happy.
Yesterday I managed to eat 108g of protein :D. I struggle to eat protein, if I don't track I don't go over 40g a day, and I can't keep neglecting this if I want to be healthy (and it's also a very important nutrient for hair).
I ate two boiled eggs with whole grain bread and a bit of Philadelphia, a Kefir bottle, whole wheat pasta with tomato sauce and tuna, rice with milk and added protein and an orange.
Steel cut oats, blueberries, coffee, oat milk, magnesium & multi vitamins so far :)
Butternut squash soup, sardines, and a pile of sauteed kale with sesame seeds and sea salt (say that with a lisp!)
Eggs, sourdough toast with butter, omega 3 supplement + hair and energy supplement, green juice, and a handful of pumpkin seeds.
For dinner I think I'm gonna make tuna melts and a side of veggies.
Reindeer sausage.
Oatmeal with peanut butter, ice scream (not for hair, but taste buds and to sooth dental work), pulled pork & sweet potato for dinner :p
Highland cattle roast, Brussels sprouts, and salad. Boiled eggs.
