I made a navy bean soup for dinner and gluten free, grain free, dairy free blueberry muffins for dessert.
Cod and asparagus with hollandaise sauce. Organic coffee with heavy cream.
Oatmeal with sunflower and sesame seeds (seed cycling), Mediterranean rice bowl with hummus, spaghetti with soy curls
I ate for my tastebuds today, but managed to get a good amount of protein at least: peanut butter toast, fried chicken strips with blue cheese dressing, and a pint of ‘low sugar’ ice cream (plenty of calories though). Warming up homemade turkey chili for dinner. I will eat lots of greens and veggies…tomorrow
For breakfast, oatmeal with millet and yogurt; lunch (too tired); and then made a nice chicken/vegetable soup with rotisserie chicken, carrots, onions, celery, zucchini and a pile of kale. That was my appetizer. I'm having chicken pot pie for dinner. I guess my appetite is back.
Heading to a friend’s place for the evening but thought I’d show a shot of my steak & hash dinner before I head out. :yumm:
