I don't ever eat for my hair, I only eat for my taste buds. I'm hopeless. Anyway, I am lucky to have taste buds that tell me healthy things are yummy... so I had some smoked salmon on bread with ruccola this morning. I'm sure there is something good for my hair in there. At least my body is getting iron (leafy greens have that, right?), so I won't loose hair. :-P
This afternoon I am making lasagna for dinner, but I don't think that'll do much for my hair!

A packet of seaweed snacks. But to be honest it's more so for the taste :yumm:

4 egg yolks and a serving of grass fed collagen peptide powder. Blended up in a diy coffee drink with heavy cream (no sweetener, just a drop of vanilla extract).

Whale stew. Reindeer sausage. Dark chocolate. Organic coffee with heavy cream.

Oatmeal, banana, yogurt, fish...and coffee. Always coffee.

Strawberry yogurt oat/grain bar. It was delicious!

Deer stew. Blood pancakes. Dark chocolate. Organic coffee with heavy cream.

Egg and turkey burrito for breakfast, lentils for lunch, cheese with both! Oh and yogurt drink with collagen powder in between. Lots of fats and proteins so far!
