Oatmeal, blueberries and walnuts for breakfast. Leftover chicken soup for lunch. I might have more soup for dinner, but I also have been craving onigiri so I might make a rice bowl with salmon and seaweed, and I have a bunch of vegetables I need to roast so I’ll eat some of those as part of dinner or an afternoon snack.
Two coffees with cream, and (so far) about 48 oz water, maybe a lil more

I had some pastelón which is like a Puerto Rican lasagna that uses sweet plantains instead of pasta.

A banana, figs, granola bar, sushi, fruit salad (with blueberries, strawberries, red and green grapes, pineapple, cantaloupe), chicken nachos, and shrimp with pasta. Now I'm having coffee and chocolate chip cookies. Wow, that's a lot of food!

Today… Chorizos, boiled eggs, fried tomato, and broccoli (again). Sea bream (fish). Skyr with kiwi. Coffee and tea with heavy cream.

Homemade chicken soup, brie and jam on crispbread, later I will have pork stew and egg pasta. :P (plus iron, fish oil, liver capsule, multivitamin, coffee and fruit tea!)
