A cast iron skillet seared steak with bleu cheese butter, steak fries, and creamed spinach. Lunch was a fruit smoothie and some pringles x)
haha... does friend chicken count as a good thing? I feel like I need to up my fruit intake.. gonna go drink a green juice now!
Veggie noodle fettuccine, pizza pastry twists and fresh lime juice
A variety of fruit for breakfast (watermelon, honeydew, and cantaloupe)
A banana and dates for a snack
Avocado, spinach, and tomatoes on gluten free toast for lunch
Chickpea pasta for dinner
A hot cup of carob for a late night snack.
Oatmeal topped with walnuts and sesame seeds for breakfast
Banana nice cream with coconut milk for a snack
Mashed avocado, tomatoes, lettuce, and salsa on toast for lunch
Basmati rice, pinto beans, shredded cabbage, organic sauerkraut, and avocado for dinner
I made a concomber, radish, feta and pine kernel salad that will last me at least 2 to 3 meals ! I added curry yesterday and it was great.
I also spend my snacks drinking bubble tea and eating japanese products, these days

Beef steaks and some tomato with blue cheese. Skyr with blueberries, heavy cream, and whey protein. Dark mint chocolate. Electrolytes and vit. D.
