Tropical granola with almond milk and dates, a banana, cheese and baked bean panini, marmite peanut butter sandwich, rice pudding, gnocchi bake with cheeses, spinach, sweet potato, asparagus, mushrooms, lentils, tomatoes, peppers. A pear. Matcha tea :)

Pork steak. Low-carb burgers with pork steak, avocado, lettuce, onion, bell pepper and creamy herbal cheese. Organic coffee, tea and supplements.

Egg fried rice with veg, vegan meatballs, banana, apple, vegan 'duck' pancake with cucumber and hoisin sauce, some cheese, pineapple, banana and coconut smoothie drink.

A lot... living in self-isolation triggers my eating disorder.
Salami & cheese sandwiches, chicken breast schnitzel, banana, mini crescent-rolled pastries with walnut filling, roasted sunflower seeds, fried chicken livers, corn meal (polenta?) with salty cheese, potatoes salad

Sending hugs your way :) sounds like you ate pretty good stuff to me!! I always binge eat total sugary rubbish!

Today I had avocado, banana, spinach, berries, peanut butter and oats smoothie, a pear, seafood cocktail and salad sandwich, gnocchi with cheese, tomatoes, aubergine, courgette, carrots, onion and lentils!

Spaghetti & meatballs. Spaghetti noodles are long so, if that's not promoting hair growth, I don't know what is. ;) :p

Veggie and chicken soup + potatoes and chicken from the oven+tomato salad. +3 pieces of really tasty chocolate cake.
