Dragon fruit, coffee, chicken and a salad. Not sure what the plan is for dinner.

Greek yogurt, chickpea pasta, spinach.
Thick homemade soup.
A salad with two kinds of melon, grapes and cubes of reduced salt feta.
Protein shake, blueberries, eggs, chicken shawarma, strawberries, multivitamin.
Salad of cabbage, apple, carrot, sprouted seeds (alfalfa and radish) and smoke flavoured dressing.
Deviled eggs with chopped coriander leaves on top, one of my favourite foods ever! :o
Chicken salad sandwich. Gettin' that protein, hahaha! It's got a bunch of fun bits in it, including celery, red onion and even grapes. Really good.
So far, peanut butter, grapes, turkey, and salami. Not all together lol!
Cheese and mild salami now I'm crunching some cheese nacho chips between my teeth

A burrito bowl with all kinds of goodies, including beans, brown rice, avocado, pork, :cheese:, and:hmm:...I forget the rest.

I had fried eggs on loads of Jalapeno & lime hummus, with brown rice, tomato and chopped fresh coriander leaves.
Also, I've had to stop the chocolate for dessert idea. I had a very bad experience on the bathroom scales yesterday. I will say no more. :rolleyes:
For breakfast, boiled eggs, gouda cheese, tofu&cashew spread on a gluten-free bread, lots of veggies.
For lunch, homemade thick fish soup with veggies.
Chicken, black beans, lots of water. And my multivitamins.
Salmon patty, cheese, avocado
Cauliflower and broccoli with cheese sauce :cheese:. Smoked salmon.
eggs, a nice big salad, probably some chicken for dinner.
A plate of fruit - apples, pears, pluots - to start the day, as always.
Cod liver including its own oil, mackerel, veggies, spicy chickpeas stew with sour cream.
A sweet polenta with brazil nuts, flaxseed, yogurt, honey and berries.
Brown rice, veggies, hummus and canned basil and tomato tuna salad.
Beetroot goulash with tempeh. Beets are supposed to be really good for hair.
Also some tlačenka - a traditional, slow-cooked kind of salami made of pork scraps - head, skin, organs. Very nutritious.
I dont have hair. But I did eat egg and bacon sandwichs and pepsi max
Had over easy eggs, with sausage and a red tater for breakfast this morning. Drinking lots of water too, as we are in a heatwave now.

Gardein "chicken" nuggets, kale, beans, protein mac and cheese, flaxseed oil (supplement).
Beef bone broth including marrow, with beluga lentils, potatoes and carrots.
Also homemade, chicken liver pâté.
Salad of red and green cabbage, apple, carrot, spring onion, radish sprouts, walnuts and smoke flavoured dressing.
Chicken on a stick (supposed to be Satay flavour). Glass of beetroot juice.
Beef casserole, mashed potatoes and veges.
Lots of beans! Beandip and hummus. Greek yogurt. Protein shake. Carrots and kale. Flaxseed oil supplements.
Scrambled eggs, veggies, chicken soup, custard cheese.
I've been adding more protein lately, and reducing carbs dramatically. My recent bloodwork and my digital scale shows it's having the desired effect. As to the effects on my hair, I'll just say I believe it's been good for that too.

For afternoon tea, the most important meal of the day: Salt reduced feta cheese with some plump juicy figs. And a cup of tea, of course.
I'm now eating a big cheese :cheese:, lettuce and Marmite sandwich for lunch. This used to be a real kid's lunchbox regular back in my day. Nostalgia.
