Beef steak and salad (lettuce, tomato, and feta cheese). Turkish yoghurt with blueberries*. Coffee and electrolytes.
*the big things that we call "bush blueberries" here. They're a pretty new thing over here, and wild blueberries (bilberries) are our "default" blueberries.

Scrambled eggs with cotija cheese, blueberries, lentil soup, tea with honey, and my vitamins (multivitamin, fish oil, and joint support with turmeric). For dinner I'm going to order either Mexican food or sushi, and I'll take a magnesium supplement before bed

It was "typical" French fry Monday. So French fries + stew + mayo. :yumm:

For dinner, I am having honey-soysauce chicken with shitake mushrooms, greenbeans, carrots, and broccoli.

ONIONS. I want to eat tons of onions now when I understood that it contains lots of sulfur and MSM which are very good for hair growth. Luckily I love onions, now I eat them fresh in a sallad. Onions taste great with chickpeas and toasted sunflower seeds (and other veggies but this combo has power).
I'm happy of realizing this because i can't afford MSM right now. Or I have seen only expensive MSM boxes lately.

I'm not necessarily eating something specific to hair but I have been making a point of eating more proteins and vegetables. That should make a huge difference along with regular exercise towards healthier hair growth.

Oats, berries, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, almonds, milk, eggs, salmon, lemon, broccoli, carrots, celery, cauliflower (also bread, butter, coffee, beer and chocolate, but those things are more for happiness than hair).

I had a broccoli cheese omelet and dates with peanut butter and sunflower seeds. Coffee goes without saying:D extra large 2x a day

Greek yogurt, strawberries, and pumpkin seeds, plus supplements. I've been kinda sick for the past 3 days, so I haven't really been eating for my hair or even eating much at all. I'm trying to play nutrition catch-up this week.

Fried eggs with raw kale and kimchi for breakfast, a tiny turkey sandwich snack lunch, and waiting for quiche in the oven for dinner (with loads of veggies, broccoli, more kale, peppers, onions, leeks), side salad of dark leafy mixed greens with walnuts. Wine for my taste buds, not hair :wink:

An omelette with lots of cheese. Low-carb protein crunch bread with butter and cheese. Skyr with heavy cream and a raw egg. Lots of electrolytes as it's really hot here now.

For breakfast: Blueberry kefir, egg w/ kale, peppers & garlic, bread & butter, Irish tea w/ cream & sugar
For lunch: carrots, celery, ranch dip, tuna & crackers. More tea w/ cream & sugar.
For dinner: Steamed mixed veggies with butter, orange chicken, fried rice.
Dessert & snacks: peanut butter chocolate ice cream, white cheddar popcorn, herbal tea.

Greek yogurt, lots of fresh fruit (blueberries, tangerine, cherries, green grapes), arugula salad, green juice, pumpkin seeds, and a burrito with rice, beans, and carne asada.

Pumpkin seeds! They're my version of arc691's peanut butter -I try to eat some every day :) Had a salad for lunch and I'm looking forward to some more fresh fruit.

I've started having a protein shake once a day. Not for my hair, but I can't imagine it will hurt it. So I'm having chocolate milk for my hair :P

Flax and fenugreek seeds from my gel treatment (the seeds were not on my hair...)
I feel idiotic that before I've just thrown them to garbage 😵😑 i've understood these ingredients support hair growth also taken innerly.

For breakfast I had some strawberry kefir, coffee, and a bowl with quinoa, fried peppers/garlic/red pepper flakes/spinach, and topped with some fried egg and lots of Cholula hot sauce.

Yesterday was beef steak with asparagus and tomato, natural yoghurt, and grain-free protein crackers with nettle pesto.

Flax and fenugreek seeds. I'm using them innerly and outerly. And I'm drinking tons of water. That also makes me feel good and alert.

Yesterday: Greek yogurt, fresh fruit, raw celery, ribeye steak, mushrooms, squash, and bell pepper. Plus my usual supplements.
Today: Supplements, sliced peach and mango. I'm going to a 4th of July barbecue so the rest of the day will probably be hot dogs, beer, etc. but I'm hoping there will be some salads and fruit, too! Cold salads are soooo good in the summer
