Goat milk. Greek yogurt with strawberries, blueberries, and guava. Peanut butter. Pistachios. Bison liver with onions. Sweet potatoes. A little popcorn. Supplements.
Not my best eating day...
But I did have a tofu scramble with tofu, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, and kale. I also had a spring greens salad. Then I had veggie sushi and some dark chocolate :yumm:
Coffee, water, kombucha, supplements (flaxseed oil, B12, D, and iron)
Sautéed reindeer and mashed potatoes. Strawberry quark. Spinach, quinoa, bulgur wheat, cherry tomatoes, chicken and a boiled egg. Rye bread. Some chocolate and a a piece of cheese cake. Water, tea and supplements.
I ate so.much.pizza. last night. I have no regrets.:yumm:

I'd normally eat more but was feeling bloated and slightly unsettled in the stomach. So I stopped eating at lunch time and let my digestive system rest. I'll eat again in the morning.
Water and supplements. Coffee. A bagel with cream cheese, leftover chicken with rice and lentils from last night. Undecided what's next but it's between spaghetti with turkey meatballs or tofu with broccoli and rice.
So far I've had granola and yogurt, and an ice cream sandwich. I'll be eating baked potatoes later and a salad. I'm not sure what else.
Pork steak with butter cheese and fried eggs. Low-carb pancakes. Coffee with mascarpone cheese and peanut butter.
Salad made from spring greens. Vegetable soup with onion, carrot, parnsip, russet and gold potatoes, peas, corn, and chickpeas. Coffee, lots of water, and tea. I forgot to take my supplements.
Scrambled egg. Goat milk with protein powder. Cucumber.
Blueberries and pistachios. Chili cheesedog. Stir fry. Peanut butter. Supplements.
Two eggs on brown bread
Hemp seeds, blueberries, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds, dark chocolate.
Steamed carrot, potato, zucchini, broccolini, asparagus.
Slow cooked beef.
Water, fish oils, black tea with milk.
Oh and a few mindless spoonfuls of peanut butter x-D
Sunday: Shreddies with hazelnut milk. Tuna steaks, mango & quinoa oven roast. 2 boiled eggs. Egg fried rice with aubergine, pak choi, shiitake mushrooms and oyster sauce.
Monday: Shreddies with hazelnut milk. Banana. Egg fried rice leftovers. Half an Avocado. Hoisin jackfruit ramen stir fry with pickled veg.
Today: Smoothie (spinach, banana, half an avo, blueberries, oats, pb, hazelnut milk)... might just have mac n cheese later lol
Rye bread, turkey, mustard, lettuce and a boiled egg. Protein shake. Strawberry quark. Chicken soup and rye bread, turkey, mustard and lettuce. Water, tea and supplements.

Minced meat with funnel chanterelles. A bit of salad and red onion. :yumm: I don't know why but this just tasted extra good today!

Peanut butter protein balls. Black bean and quinoa salad. For dinner I'll have veggie soup and a salad. I have carrots and sugar snap peas and hummus as a snack. I'll probably have an apple or pomegranate for dessert. Or both :yumm:

Granola & shreddies, coconut milk. Banana. Dates. Takoyaki. Red bean buns. Shakshuka (red onion, peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes, egg) with pork & bramley apple sausages, and bread. Chocolate and mulled wine. Matcha tea.
Salmon. Garden salad. Pistachios. Chili cheese dogs. Supplements.

I'm recovering from an illness and I have hit that ravenous phase. So far I've had:
a matcha, turmeric, cocao latte made with almond milk
a baked sweet potato with butter, Trader Joe's umami seasoning, and full fat yogurt
a bowl of tantanmen at the ramen shop
half an almond butter, banana and honey sandwhich
Chamomile tea, with vanilla almond milk creamer and honey
...and it's on'y just past noon. haha
I guess I'll be hitting the gym extra hard when I've recovered. :)
