Oatmeal with blueberry soup. Yogurt. Hamburger with veggie steak, pico de gallo, cheese and lettuce. French fries and aioli. Water and tea.

I have a bad habit of drinking too much coffee, slowly trying to add more tea in. My day has been pretty busy so the first time im eating today is 5pm, and im having oatmeal and i added organic pumpkin puree and sweetened it with organic butter and honey. Tonight I'm having salmon for dinner.

Today I've had pre-natal and MSM vitamins, a glass of milk, lots of water. Breakfast was a spoonful of coconut oil with toast. Lunch (post-gym) was a big bowl of turkey chili. Dinner will be tofu stir fried with broccoli over shirataki noodles.
