Chocolate almonds. Pasta salad (spinach, tomato, halloumi). Rye bread with cheese and a fried egg. Cottage cheese. Baby carrots. Blueberry smoothie. Water and tea.

Scrambled eggs (almond milk) and two avocados. Pecan nuts and mascarpone cheese. Vichy water, organic coffee and supplements.

I had veggie brown rice sushi for breakfast (I'm horribly, horribly sleep-deprived. Don't ask) and for dinner I had quinoa, greens, red beans, and roasted red onion, rutabaga, beets, carrots, and mushrooms topped with tahini.

Thank you;it was a lovely dinner!
I can only have a little as it flares my arthritis like gout, so we have it only once a year...twice at the most....and savor each bite :heart:

I was going to say that if I was there with you, you could have eaten my portion - but maybe not :) See how generous I am :p :rollin:
So far today I have eaten toast with peanut butter and some fresh squeezed orange juice. I just arrived home from an hour's bike ride with DH, the exercise seems to be helping my sore back and i was able to buy some ibuprofen yesterday which has given about 70%relief from the pain :)

A pork steak and a big salad salad (lettuce, some cucumber and so many mozzarella balls that my mother was a little ashamed). About 50g of pecan nuts with mascarpone cheese. And lastly, low-carb pancakes with a few raspberries and some more mascarpone cheese. :doh:
My eating window was about 2.5 hours long.

Yesterday, we tried to make low-carb tortilla bread but it wasn't very delicious. It consisted of eggs, cheese and a bit of red onion but tasted mostly like a fried egg which I am not the greatest fan of. It kind of worked as tortilla bread, though. Inside, I had minced meat and some unknown (yet edible) mushrooms, some lettuce and red onion. Also my usual supplements. Not in the tortilla, though.

Not a very good eating day because I celebrated my sons bithday and there was a lot of pie, crisps and soda.

A big bowl of borscht (beets, potatoes, carrots, onions). I'll probably have an apple with peanut butter later. Water, coffee, tea, supplements (vitamins D and B12 and flaxseed oil).

I've never had hemp hearts before, only hemp oil or milk. Does it have the same kind of flavor? :D
