Interesting, yeah I figure it at least doesn't harm. And I appreciate the quick protien. I really just use it as a healthy protien powder.
Protein shake. More pie. Chicken panini. Hummus snacks. Water, tea and supplements.
Homemade pizza, one nectarine, one banana, two teacups of milk, and water.
Banana, carrots and hummus, probably some strawberries later. Lots of water, tea, supplements.
Breakfast: bagel with cream cheese and banana
Lunch: I had a lunchable 😂
Dinner: grilled chicken, onion, potato, and mushroom kabobs along with a summer salad that had kale, quinoa, and strawberry vinaigrette.
I would say today was an ok day. I just need to remind myself that I need to drink more water!!
For today's menu I'll be having:
Breakfast - avocado, egg, peanut butter on toast goat milk
Lunch - mixed fresh fruit strawberries, cantaloupe, pineapple, grapes with pecans goat milk
Dinner - roasted sweet potato, black beans mozzarella, chicken, pistachio nuts, goat milk.
Bacon, boiled eggs and cheddar cheese. Rosehip tea, water and supplements.

Tofu scramble with mushrooms. Strawberries. Carrots and hummus. Pesto pasta with pesto fake chicken breast. A salad with a homemade dressing.
Pie. Pea soup with squeaky cheese. Rye bread. Protein pudding. Blueberry and banana smoothie. Protein bar. Rosemary and cheese crackers. Water, tea and supplements.
Veggie pasta with Turkey and homemade cheese sauce, water, coffee, and vitamins.
I ate a low fat bean burrito with avacado and tomatoes on it :)It was also gluten free since I am a celiac freak.
I have heard that avacado is good for the inside and outside. I am trying to eat it more often.

I always eat lots of hummus. i feel it is good source of protein for my body and hair, especially since I am vegan. The best hummus is the one I make myself, but I do love the organic Sobra brand from Costco.
This is all I've been consuming for the past two days:
Bacon, boiled eggs and cheddar cheese. Supplements, rosehip tea (with and without MCT oil) and water. One mug of green tea but it's just too tacky without any sweetener. I must find some pure stevia soon.
Avgophetes, cucumber salad, bread, two teacups of milk, and water.
Carrots and hummus, a pluot, a peach, pesto pasta and fake chicken, a green salad, water, tea, and supplements (B12 and D)

I've been living for summer fruits and eating ample watermelon, mango, and Saturn peaches lately. Nom.
I am trying to stay healthy as it has been cold in Australia and my immune system has not been the best so this is what I made tonight for a cold winters night:
lemon and ginger chicken in organic bone broth jelly
roast baby potatoes, pumpkin and carrot and apple
Then I drank the rest of the ginger and bone broth.
I just ate it all before and it was the best meal I have made in a while.

PB oatmeal. Mango and cucumber smoothie. Chickpea patty with rye bread, cheese, mayo, tomato and cottage cheese. Rosemary and cheese crackers. Apple. Water, tea and supplements.
Two fatty pork steaks and some cheddar cheese. Rosehip tea, water and supplements.
A peach, a pluot, blueberries. Carrots and hummus. Brown rice, seasoned black beans, and Japanese sweet potatoes.
Blueberry smoothie. Blueberry pie. Rye bread and cheese. Chicken, tomato and pasta. Banana. Water and supplements.
Salmon (prepared in the oven) with melted cheese on top. Water, home-made GI0 lemonade and supplements. :yumm:

Two meaty sausages. A smoothie that consisted of coconut milk, an organic egg and a few raspberries. A handful of blackcurrants from the backyard. Supplements and vichy water.
ETA: Add to that another sausage and a cup of green tea!

I had an iron infusion on Tuesday. My appetite and energy has picked up and I've been eating meals again.
A banana and some flax and raspberry cereal. A protein shake and a handful of blackberries. Two red bean and cheese pupusas with sweet potato fries. A gyro made with veggie burger and spinach. Will probably finish the night with some popcorn and a glass of red wine.
