3 eggs, 1 avocado, 80g dark chocolate (95%), 100g almonds, 150g Schweinskopfsülze (meat in aspic), 50g herbal spread cheese (on the eggs) which is about 80g of pure protein, lots of iron, zinc, copper... Food for my hair. :).
I made a stir fry with broccoli, meatless beef, mushrooms, some dandelion greens, and brown rice. I also took my vitamin D supplement.
Scrambled eggs with nettle. Toast with cheese. Cherry tomatoes and baby carrots. Feta and spinach pie. Water, tea and supplements.
Protein shake. Caesar salad (lettuce, chicken, tomato, cheese, croutons, walnuts, dressing) with sweet potato and carrot balls. Peanuts. Toast with cheese. One orange. Mango quark. Water, tea and supplements.
Lentils soup, some cheese, cabbage salad twice (with olive seed oil,lemon juice and salt), bread, a teacup of milk, and water.
Protein pudding. Chickpea patty "burger" with cheese, mayo and tomato. Cottage cheese. Yogurt with berry muesli. A banana. Water, tea and supplements.
Sweet potato and carrot balls. Chicken with rice. Water, tea and supplements.
Grilled cheese sandwich, onion rings, pineapple gummy candy, peanut butter, iron supplement, zinc supplement and multivitamin.
Flax, raisin and pumpkin seed serial with almond milk, two eggs over easy and two protein blueberry waffles with light syrup for breakfast, skipped lunch and having a hearty serving of basmati rice, lentils in curry sauce with a fried egg on top.

Breakfast is sweet plantains cooked in olive oil with cinnamon and honey, two eggs over easy, date pecan and bran cereal and a few cups of black coffee.
Two oranges, some vegetable soup, and pork and potatoes.
Pizza with veggie protein and salad. Chicken nuggets with chili mayo. Yogurt. Blueberry smoothie. An orange. Water, tea and supplements.
Got in lunch too! Veggie burger (a really good one at that, got it from Giant and definitely grabbing those again) with spinach and mozzarella, rosemary seasoned fries and a nutrition shake. Still not feeling well enough to make it to the gym, having a hard time figuring out if I'm sick or if it's just mental, but going to try to keep eating until I feel strong enough for a quick jog for starters.

Yesterday I made a veggie bowl with fresh greens, some sauteed chard, cabbage, and dandelion greens, with pickled beets, roasted cauliflower, and some tofu for protein. It was very tasty. The best part was that it only took about 20 minutes to throw together.
Lots of protein, I'm a grouch if I skimp on protein.

A self made smoothie with spinach, apple, banana, pear, kiwi, fresh orange jus, and a bit of Chia, Flex and Omega 3 seeds. A hand full of cashew & peanuts. Toast with cheese.
Oh and also my supplements, water and tea.

So far, just some home made orange juice but I'm about to make some kedgeree for later on.

We don't have that option in grocery stores near me, though they do in the adjacent cities. My town is always 10 years behind.
So for breakfast I'm going to my favorite place, a pupuseria, grabbing spinach pupusas which they just started making, plus my usual fried plantains with refried beans.
OT: A fun thing I noticed is I'm terrified to even attempt to order in Spanish after making a fool of myself in Barcelona :lol: so I'm that one jerk translating the Spanish menu into English, showing I can clearly understand it.
Food exactly the same as yesterday. I eat the same every day. Healthy keto hair food. Avocado, fish, meat, almonds, peanuts, dark chocolate (95%), soy yogurt with stevia and whipped cream, 3 eggs... But I'm drinking diet coke now :) :) :) I just need that sometimes :) And I have shared a chocolate cookie with my son which was only 6g of carbs and didn't kick me out of ketosis. It's Sunday. :)
