A chocolatine and some vegetable soup. Later I'll have some chicken and broccoli, and three mandarins.
Pea protein patty with bread, cheese and mayo. Cherry tomatoes and baby carrots. Yogurt. Walnuts. Chicken sauce (with cream, feta, onion, pineapple, bell pepper) and rice. One banana. Water, tea and supplements.
Sweet potato and some white fish. A banana or two, don't remember. Green tea and supplements.
