So far, a bowl of hot porridge and some mandarins and a piece of chocolate :) We are eating at the neighbours' tonight so I don't know what they will feed us on. I do know that it will be superb. He is a baker and she is an excellent cook!
ETA: From the position of smoke behind his house he is cooking up a batch of bread in his outdoor wood fired bread oven. Yum!

Egg, avocado, salad (lettuce, cucumber, tomato, green onion, garlic, feta cheese), a smoothie (berries, milk, banana, avocado...) and rye bread.

Fresh salmon, and smoked salmon :cool:

Quark, walnuts, Brazilian nuts and rice with chicken and veggies.

Porridge and fruit. This evening I will have home made vegetable soup with chicken, and I might have some cheese too.

My diet has been pretty hair-friendly today!
Breakfast was a cinnamon raisin bagel with peanut butter, lunch was a boiled egg and some tinned mackerel with beetroot relish on rye crispbread, and for snacks I've had an apple, skyr and some marmite-roasted almonds. For dinner tonight I'm making vegetarian spaghetti bolognese with quinoa and some leftover veg that I have in the fridge.
