Porridge with frozen raspberries.
Re: What did you eat for your hair today?
Scrambled eggs. Salad with smoked salmon and halloumi.
Re: What did you eat for your hair today?
Banana and hemp seed smoothie with maca, lucuma, turmeric and loads of ginger root.
Re: What did you eat for your hair today?
Salmon and tangerine. Now I'm about to have rosehip tea.
Re: What did you eat for your hair today?
I am on 3 tubs of Alfalfa sprouts a day. A few years ago I went to see a guy called Don Tolman. He taught that foods that look like parts of the body, feed those parts. The theory holds true for many foods. Walnuts look like the brain and feed the brain with oils, celery looks like bone, breaks like bone, has 22% sodium that is exactly the same as bone, avocados are good for pregnant women.. take 9 months to grow, look like a pregnant belly etc etc .. you get the idea..
Anyway, I decided I'd buy Alfalfa seeds because they look like hair. Then I started to look up the nutrients.. and wow.. they are literally a hair super food - and known for it (so I guess many of you know this already!).
Rich in calcium, magnesium, potassium, folic acid, iron, protein, B vitamins etc etc.. and also are shown to help low oestrogen levels that are needed for hair growth. They have traditionally been used for hair loss for generations..I have NO idea if they will make my hair stronger as I cannot chart the results after a week of eating heaps of them.. but.. I'll keep you updated!
Aside from that, I'm eating super greens.. grass basically... :)

Thanks for reminding me that alfalfa sprouts exist! I love them but somehow haven't eaten any in awhile.
Again spinach salad with smoked salmon, walnuts, boiled egg, sun dried tomatoes and halloumi.

Pie that has bell pepper, onion, tomato, corn, cheese and a meat substitute made of oats in it. Also half an avocado.
