Sandwich with eggs, cheese and paprika
Of course eating it straight out of the tub constantly is not healthy. Too much of one thing is NEVER good for you. In the correct quantities your body can thrive off of the great vitamins and healthy fat you get from eating it. I personally love to eat it with something instead of a spoonful by itself.

But we are about to make some pasta for lunch with protein noodles. :yumm:
Are waffles hair food? I find the syrup makes my hair all sticky... ;)

Well, 1.a salad made of mung sprouts, onion, chives, apio, arugula
2. a kind of loaf made of red kuri squash, mushrooms, eggs from our chicken and lots of greens
3. trout roe salad (roe mixed with oil, sparkling water and red onion)
Gonna have some lentils spread for lunch and sponge cake, honey and milk for dinner.
As for meat, I had yesterday.

An apple and a natural Peanut Butter + natural honey “sandwich” on whole wheat bread.
