greek yogurt with fresh berries, a banana, small apple with peanut butter, tuna sandwich on whole wheat bread with fresh spinach and tomatoes, side of cucumbers, and dinner will most likely consist of turkey with lots of veggies. :)
Rainbow trout overload and salade nicoise. Seems like eggs are my new main source of daily protein (and various other nutrients that are good for one's hair).

Mutton stew with carrots and potatoes.
Peanut butter on toast. Bacon and eggs.spaghetti with prawns cooked in olive oil + butter with garlic, onions, tomato puree, spinach, asparagus, chard and sweet little orange peppers. Cheddar cheese on top melted. Will keep me going til dinner.

Asian chicken stew and Brussels sprouts for dinner. I also made chili and chicken for the next few days!
For breakfast I had a cranberry english muffin with a few blobs of coconut oil and tea, for lunch I failed at eating healthy. I had ice cream and french fries lol
right now for dinner I'm having steal cut oatmeal, with a whole apple chopped up, brown sugar, cinnamon, coconut oil, and a tablespoon of PB. Oh, and a tall glass of cranberry juice.
