So far, breakfast was oatmeal with almond butter for extra protein, lots of water and a little green tea.
Breakfast inspired by tiktok: Oatmeal with almond milk, 2 tbsp peanut butter, a handful of chocolate chips, and some cinnamon. Plus green juice
Same breakfast as yesterday, lunch is vegetable soup and a burrito with chicken, black beans, and rice
Oatmeal with banana and blueberries, and sausage for breakfast.
