Salmon and peas!
Pork steak with cucumber and Finnish squeaky cheese. Then some more squeaky cheese with salmon and some skin. A Baltic herring - I tried to eat the whole thing (started by biting off the head) but didn't quite succeed. Organic earl grey tea with ashwagandha, blackcurrant tea, organic coffee, and supplements.
Salad with greens, quinoa, black beans, and sweet potato with a homemade tahini-lemon dressing. I'll be having split pea soup with potatoes for dinner. Coffee, water, tea, supplements.
Orange juice. Goat milk. Protein bar. Figs, cherries and walnuts. Peanut butter sandwich on multi grain bread. Cheese. Salmon salad.
Had some walnuts earlier with mixed fruit :)
Veggie meatballs (made of cheese :cheese: and vegetables) in tomato sauce and tagliatelle, covered in cheese :cheese:
Orange juice. Blueberries, blackberries and raspberries. Protein bar. Peanut butter. Walnuts, figs and cherries. Oatmeal.
I've been meaning to make a breakfast smoothie for awhile, but I'm not "all there" until like two hours after waking up so I've just gone on autopilot and made my regular sourmilk and oats, completely forgetting that smoothie... Thanks for inadvertently reminding me ;)
