Ooh, 'fresh from the coop', Eastbound&Down, it really is too bad we don't live next door to each other, isn't it?
I had fried egg on top of loads of hummus with brown rice.

Haha! We'd eat good for sure ;) I do love my chickens.

I've only had a yogurt for breakfast today (it's still morning here), but I did take my vitamins! I have had iron syrup, a multivitamin, vitamin D, and vitamin B (I'm quite deficient, thanks to years of poor diet and being a 'hot chip' vegetarian and vegan).

Yummmm, fried eggs with hummus!
Re: What did you eat for your hair today?
I had sweet potatoes and broccoli with dinner tonight!

Me too! With some organic chicken breast. It was so good.
Re: What did you eat for your hair today?
We've got some cold winds up from Antarctica today, so my hair (and the rest of me) is going to be having....
some thick homemade Pumpkin Soup and some melted cheese on toast for dinner.
Mmmmm, melted cheeeeeeeeeeeese!
Re: What did you eat for your hair today?
Did someone say cheese??:cheese::gobblecheese:
banana, avocado, cheese (yes please!), oysters, peanut butter toast, chicken and mashed potatoes ("po-tay-toes. Boil em, mash em, stick em in a stew.")
Re: What did you eat for your hair today?
Eggs (fresh from the coop), a large leafy green salad, and dinner tonight is going to be grilled chicken with goat cheese and sundried tomatoes :)
