For breakfast I had some strawberry kefir, coffee, and a bowl with quinoa, fried peppers/garlic/red pepper flakes/spinach, and topped with some fried egg and lots of Cholula hot sauce.

We got a pineapple that is super fresh!

Eggs, jelly, vitamins and tonight before going to bed: golden milk.
Yesterday was beef steak with asparagus and tomato, natural yoghurt, and grain-free protein crackers with nettle pesto.
Flax and fenugreek seeds. I'm using them innerly and outerly. And I'm drinking tons of water. That also makes me feel good and alert.
Yesterday: Greek yogurt, fresh fruit, raw celery, ribeye steak, mushrooms, squash, and bell pepper. Plus my usual supplements.
Today: Supplements, sliced peach and mango. I'm going to a 4th of July barbecue so the rest of the day will probably be hot dogs, beer, etc. but I'm hoping there will be some salads and fruit, too! Cold salads are soooo good in the summer
