Peanut butter toast and a coffee
Made a soup that included bone broth, a poached egg, and I even added some collagen. I felt like it was a love-letter to my hair.
A yogurt with ground flax seeds, granola and a banana mixed in.
Granola,prawn baguette, yoghurt, veg, drank lots of water and my hair vitamins.
Various greens and veggies and even more veggies.
Collagen powder in coffee. It's made an immense difference to the strength of my nails, they're almost unbendable. If it does similar things for my hair, I'm going to be a very happy cat indeed.
Also, my joints ache much less.
Raw garlic for hair and nail, multiple vitamin, various nuts, also Chinese people believe all grains and fruits that have a very dark/almost black color help with getting your hair black and healthy (sometimes even turn gray hair black), so I will eat something like black sesame, black wolfberry (gou qi), mulberry, black rice, black soy bean, black date, black raisins…
A banana, avocado, granola bar with nuts, cheese quesadilla, and a multivitamin. Oh! And a chocolate chip muffin with black coffee (they're dark, right?:))
Overnight oats made with chia, dried fruits, yogurt, and coconut milk, along with 2 coffees each with a scoop of collagen powder.
I'll be having salmon and carbonara pasta today, going to celebrate getting a new job
