Salmon and salad (lettuce, tomato, cucumber, feta cheese and a couple of olives)! Now green tea.

I love Greek yogurt! Sometimes I stir in a dash of vanilla extract to take the sour down a tad. I’ve also really liked some of the drinkable yogurt products recently (the ones marked with “1 billion probiotics!” reeled me in.)

Bone broth, but only because I was feeling like poop so much I couldn't eat anything else. So it is technically for my hair since it kept me alive. ;)

Avocado and spinach here for me - not sure if they are esp. great for hair but I'm figuring what's good for the body can't hurt.

I ate a whole avocado with chickpea chili for lunch... But I missed my herbal tea and vitamins today. I'm usually really good about taking them everyday, but today I forgot to pack them before I left for work.

- 2 pills of Collagen supplement
- 1 cup of avocado smoothie
- Also 1 cup of smoothie of banana + cocoa powder + 1 tsp of protein
- Brown rice with chicken breast
- "Phở" or "pho" with some slices of beef - this is a traditional food in my country :)
