Chorizos. A pack of raw bacon. Dark chocolate. Organic coffee, tea with ashwagandha and mascarpone cheese, and raw organic cocoa powder in unsweetened almond milk. Vanilla skyr (low-carb). Electrolytes.
I'd felt the lack of magnesium lately (very tired muscles) so it was good to get some extra from the raw cocoa.
About 100 cups of tea (lost count today). Caffeine gels on my run. Kale and walnut pesto on sourdough. Veggie pizza. Eggs.
Sandwich with turkey and pepperjack cheese. An apple. Brown rice and refried black beans with some arugula. Kind of an odd combo, but it works. Supplements, coffee. Kombucha.
