Regular vitamins, way too many macadamia nuts :rolleyes: I just can't resist those little, delicious fatboms. Lots of greens for lunch, tuna and juicy, organic meatballs in gravy for dinner. Grow hair grow!
European plaice, salad (lettuce, onion, tomato, cucumber, apple and feta cheese), goji berries and ashwagandha coffee. Now having rosehip tea with opti-MSM, but so far I'm not liking how the MSM makes it taste. Hopefully I'll get more used to it.
Some cheese pie, baby carrots and avocado. Sugar free peach yogurt with chia seeds.

Breakfast wasn't so great (fast food), but I did have a tasty yogurt later.
Lemon marinated salmon, a big bowl of lettuce with yogurt sauce and some chicory simmered with tuna :)
Scrambled eggs and toast with cheese and ham. Vegetables, noodles and fried tofu. Walnuts.
Yesterday I had rye toast with vanilla almond butter, banana & strawberries on top; a whole wheat pita pocket with hummus, spinach, turkey, avocado, red onion & feta; a smoothie (almond milk, Greek yogurt, spinach, strawberries & banana); an ensure; &salmon & brown rice.
Bananas, avocados, kale, chia seeds, green powder (wheat, barely and spirulina) mixed with soy milk, Greek yogurt (full fat) with whey protein powder, 2 eggs, a large tomato and blueberries.. :)
Made some carrot bread buns. Some avocado and rye chips.
Some white fish and salad (lettuce, tomato, cucumber, onion, apple and feta cheese), goji berries, ashwagandha/dark chocolate coffee and MSM mixed in ginger shot (still disgusting, but oh well). And of course my vitamins.
I'm going to use the Sephora Shea Hair Sleeping Mask today. Let's see how it goes... Hope it's not too much nutrition for my hair.

Lunch was just a banana and coffee, then I had some coconut yogurt and strawberries for a snack when I got home from work.
Dinner was minestrone soup with ditalini, carrots, kale, onions, tomatoes, cannellini beans, and potatoes
Now just sipping on raspberry leaf tea . Healthy and delicious day :yumm:
This morning I had porridge with soy milk, cocoa powder, raspberries and dark chocolate chips (I felt like having pudding for breakfast :P) and a boiled egg and an apple as a mid-morning snack. For lunch I'm having a spicy tuna toastie with tomato soup. I'm going out to a seafood and craft beer place for dinner tonight so I'll probably be having moules-frites washed down with a pint of stout, can't wait!

Spaghetti bolognese. Some sugar-free yogurt, walnuts and an apple with my tea.

Buckwheat pancakes. I'm not sure if they're good for hair or not, but they tasted good!
Protein porridge (porridge with an egg whisked in) with raspberries. Chicken wrap and cabbage. Some walnuts, a kiwi.
A protein shake! Premiere protein from sam's club, haha. I don't have the best diet, so I'm hoping if I start drinking these every once in awhile it might help a little bit.

That sounds delicious, KlutzyChy1! I had a breakfast bowl with eggs, Greek yogurt, spinach, tomatoes, quinoa, and feta. Grapefruit on the side.
Today I drank a large protein shake for breakfast, a small protein shake with potato chips for lunch, some chocolate and olives for a snack, and 4 eggs with broccoli and an orange for dinner. :o

I've applied a generous amount of chicken salad to my stomach today. Some honeydew and my daily vitamins. Ashwagandha coffee.

French bread with chicken, cheese and mayo. Some protein shake.
I ate olives and avocados today.
I also take vitamin Omega 3 for the growth and health of my hair. My friend advised me to eat more products that improve cognitive abilities, here in the article there is all the information about it. All of these products are also very beneficial for hair. I included red fish, avocadas and walnuts for snack in my daily menu. This is very good for health, I also hope to lose a little weight.

Recently I have tried spam extract SPAM BE HERE!!] from Japan. My sister bought it in Tokyo and said it is a magic remedy for a long hair. Never thought I would notice the effect within a week. My hair is stronger, also nails and skin. No I see why Japanese are so healhty:eek:
