Three pork steaks with salad (lettuce, cucumber, cottage cheese and onion) and goat's cheese. Finnish squeaky cheese. Mascarpone cheese with blueberries. Protein powder in almond milk. Organic coffee, supplements.
Peanut butter protein balls. Wasabi soy sauce almonds (my FAVORITE!). Quinoa and red beans. Sweet potato. Stir fry with red bell pepper, broccoli, mushrooms, daikon radish, garlic and ginger, tofu, and brown rice. A pear and an apple. Dark chocolate. Water, coffee, tea, supplements.
