Just got up from Ognissanti (Allsaints) family lunch with my maternal side of the family. We ate black olives, Parmigiano cheese, ham and sesame breadsticks as appetizers; then fresh tagliatelle and gnocchi with meat and peas ragout, salad, roasted potatoes, broiled quails wrapped in bacon and filled with minced bacon,juniper, black pepper, rosemary.
Finally coffee with fave dei morti, which is a kind of almond biscuits that are typical of Halloween season here in Italy, made with almond flour.
We'll skip dinner this evening ;)
Oatmeal. Rice, veggies and milk protein. Fried egg, bread, cheese and cherry tomatoes. Yogurt. A banana. Water, tea and supplements.
Peanut butter. I made a fruit salad with grapes, strawberries, raspberries, cantaloupe, pineapple, banana, pecans and Greek yogurt. I made enough of this to snack on for a couple more days. Also had chicken and veggie wrap. Chocolate chip cookies. Goat milk. Supplements.
Banana. 2 veggie burger patties. Boiled egg. Slice of pizza. Protein bar. Matcha tea.
Steaks with cheese. A salad leaf and a few pieces of cucumber. Raw cocoa powder in almond milk with mascarpone cheese and peanut butter. Supplements.
Oatmeal. Protein pudding. A slice of rye bread. Nachos, ground beef, onion, bell pepper, cheese and hot sauce. Water, tea and supplements.
Oatmeal. Vanilla quark. Fish, potatoes, peas and aioli. Peanuts. Water, tea and supplements.
So far..
Morning drink: Almond Milk, Matcha, cocao powder, turmeric
Omelette: Two eggs, a bit of cottage cheese, asparagus, amaranth, nutritional yeast, flax seed, avocado
Snack: apple, full fat yogurt, natural peanut butter, black tea, almond milk, honey
