I am trying to eat a Mediterranean diet as much as possible. Today, I had steel cut oats with raisins for breakfast, bananas with peanut butter for lunch and then a bowl of homemade vegetable soup with a plate of sauteed haddock for dinner. I purchased too many green beans for the soup so I made a green bean lathera for lunch tomorrow. My husband will be so happy! The recipe is from my favorite Mediterranean website. Give it a try! https://www.olivetomato.com/greek-st...lakia-lathera/
doritos xD
Added linseed and chia to my muesli mix :yum:
Salmon and salad (lettuce, tomato, cucumber, feta cheese and a couple of olives)! Now green tea.
fish! btw: I think I'll have my second coffee...
Bone broth, but only because I was feeling like poop so much I couldn't eat anything else. So it is technically for my hair since it kept me alive. ;)
