Funny thing is, I cook very rarely. That pita bread was from store and the soup was a frozen :D and when I do cook I do the bare minimum work... I like salads because they are so easy and quick, same thing with eggs and porridge. I'm a lazy cook and because of this I tend to follow low carb diet because I just can't bother to cook rice, pasta etc. with my meals, I'll rather have something protein and either throw together a salad or have some oven vegetables. Then maybe eat some bread.
To day is Sunday, which means meat day. I ate a piece of schnitzel, some rice with lemon juice and vinegar, lettuce salad with lemon juice(I didn't put vinegar because my mother prefers it with lemon) (I love lemons and vinegar), two cups of black tea, and water.

I don't think I eat very healthily... I need to start drinking more water, and eating more veges+fruits... do they really help with hair growth guys?
Good diet could help with hair growth if you have deficiencies. Mostly good diet just helps with the quality of hair :) There are vegetables that are especially good for hair health but it's about having a balanced diet. Eat enough and drink plenty of water, that's about it imo.
