I tend to eat lightly and mainly carbs (veggies, pasta, etc.) on a daily basis, but today I relaxed and went out for a big protein-rich lunch at a Thai restaurant :)
Broccoli and green beans! And some other unidentified vegetable haha.
Veggie soup and squeaky cheese. Strawberry quark.
Last three days have been toasted croissants, green tea and grilled cheese with tomato soup - I'm on travel and also sick again -_-
Avoided the temptation of just getting a burger king veggie burger and calling it dinner, went home and made chickpea curry with rice even though it wasn't done until 9 pm!! Also, some delicious chocolate chunk banana bread. (One of my favorite recipes lately) (Is it good for my hair? There's probably a few nutrients)
Caesar salad and two karelian pasties. Tortilla with mince meat, alfalfa sprouts, cucumber, tomatoes and feta.
Some soup full of fish and veggies :) I want to eat more fish since it has all those healthy fats and oils, but it's not always served at my university cafeteria.
More tortillas with mince meat and chicken, both had alfalfa sprouts, tomato, cucumber and feta. A protein bar.
They say jelly makes your hair grow faster so I bought some today
Porridge with raspberries. Some taters and meat. Yogurt.

Lasagna, yogurt, walnuts, chicken panini bread and cottage cheese.
Coffee with collagen, MSM, and MCT powder. Eggs for breakfast. Kale and apple salad with yogurt for lunch. Dinner is lentil and veggie soup.
A fried mix of eggs, milk and avocado. My boyfriend asked me, "But what is it?", so I named it Food. He didn't approve of the name, so I changed it to FoodFood instead. Also, my regular vitamins and stuff (multivitamin, collagen, K2+D3) and I'll probably have a cup of Emperor's Bride tea soon.

So far today I had rye toast with vanilla almond butter with banana & strawberries on top for breakfast; a smoothie with spinach, Greek yogurt, almond milk, strawberries &banana for a snack; a whole wheat wrap with hummus, spinach, avocado, bell pepper, cucumber & carrots for lunch; & for dinner I'm making salmon & brown rice.
Scrambled eggs, rye bread with cheese and turkey and cottage cheese. Protein shake. Soup with lentils and chorizo.

As the Lent season has started, I gave up unhealthy eating for 40 days (it's a start ... ). I had yoghurt and toast and bananas, also taking my vitamins. All in all, I feel motivated and I hope that it will make a difference for my hair as well!

Noodles. Making some grilled cheese and tomato soup shortly. I think that's 4 weeks I've been feeling unwell, but I'm pretty sure this week is psychosomatic. I need to work in some fruit smoothies somewhere.
I cowshed my hair with Jessicurl's Hair Cleansing Cream (trying to work to use up what I bought if it, as I will not be purchasing anymore, btw), and after that I applied the Melanin Haircare Twist Elongating Styling Cream to my hair, in small sections, detangle got with my Den an brush, as I went along, and then lastly, I styled my hair back into a low bun using two scrunched to keep it secure. I let my hair fully airdry, while wearing my satin bonnet on top.
Chicken and salad (lettuce, cucumber, olive oil, seeds, watermelon), ashwagandha coffee, vitamins and collagen.
Paella (chicken, veggies, mushroom), rye chips with pumpkin seeds and a protein shake.
Miso soup, fried tofu and cucumber salad. I still have sea food yakisoba I ordered with it but I was full off the tofu and soup. It might just be tomorrow's lunch. :)

Also, I've started taking a multivitamin. More for general health than for my hair, of course, but it is probably good for hair? Idk. My hair doesn't really need anything but it can't hurt.
