A small can of tuna with olive oil and pink salt
A sweet potato latke with poached eggs, sautéed kale, and a slice of ham.
Almond butter, broccoli, carrot, and celery smoothie.
Salmon, pesto, turkey burger, a few different kinda of cheese, and lots of water, but mostly not at the same meal, and a fair amount of bread with it all to fill me up :lol:
Entire pack of vegan kebab to make sure I was getting enough protein in, and biotin supplement as always :)
Yogurt with granola, blueberries and strawberries
2 tbsp of peanut butter
Tempeh and lots of veggies :yumm:
