More gummy bears (I finished the bag, thank goodness, I have no self control). Oatmeal with blueberries, a smoothie (blueberry, strawberry, cherry, pomegranate, banana, spinach, yogurt and almond milk), trail mix (cranberries, walnuts, pecans, pumpkin seeds).
I did a 4 mile run today so will treat myself to a protein bowl for dinner (sweet potatos, corn, beans, avocado, onions, spinach, cheese) and a chocolate cookie :o
A Big Mac Cactus Plant Flea Market meal XD I got Hamburglar :) I think this is the first? second? time I've ever had a Big Mac...they are so sweet and sour (pickles). I usually get a Happy Meal Cheeseburger...so I guess I've grown up now XD
Whirly Girly...I didn't know they had Thanksgiving in Canada! Someone told me they only had "Boxing Day (which I learned is called that because it's the day that servants got off. Their employers would give them Christmas Boxes to take home...neat, huh? I thought it was the day a lot of Canadians would move before I knew the real reason...sigh, but at least I know a thing now!)" It's Columbus Day this weekend for us, I think? I don't think I get it off though *sadness*. Have a lovely Thanksgiving!
A egg and tomato sandwich, cashew nuts, pasta, lots of water and hair vitamins.
Fried egg and vendace. Chicken and turkey sausages with avocado, fried tomato, and some kind of relative of broccoli. Skyr with heavy cream.

I freeze my fruit and then blend it into the kefir, for a thick milkshake consistency.
