I ate a ton of avacado today because i noticed my hair grows faster when I eat avacado more often.

Coffee so far. I'll probably make up some tuna salad for dinner.
Two cups of black coffee, then for lunch I made a tahini dressing and put it on a whole wheat pita with swiss chard and greek yogurt + lemon juice and I wasn't expecting much but it was actually soooo good. Even the cat licked my fingers. I've been trying to get in a lot of healthy fats and water for my hair and skin, among other things.
Prenatal vitamins, egg
Yesterday I had egg, bacon, avocado, chia seeds, oats, green tea, chicken, brown rice, and more egg! I did well yesterday and eating well really does make a difference for me. Today I'm hoping to do just as well :)
