Before I eat in the morning I drink 2 cups of water at least.
Then I had a macro bar because I didn't feel like eating a full meal but I needed protein.
I had a bowl of oatmeal with oat milk (extra on the oats obviously) and some coconut sugar thrown in and took my daily multivitamins.
After that I had some sourdough toast with plant-based cream cheese.
Apple pieces with some plant-based caramel sauce.
Now I'm cooking up some banza pasta (made from chickpeas) with some vegetables.

Eggs, bacon, potatoes, milk, turkey, cheese, chicken, multivitamin. I wanted ALL the animal products today.

Bone broth with minced meat and cabbage. Low-carb bread. Egg gruel. Low-carb skyr and some strawberries. Organic coffee with fatty cream. Supplements.

Fried egg and potatoes. PBJ sandwich with carrots and an almond based dip. Greens, pea shoots, dinosaur kale, tofu. Cotton candy grapes. Lots of water, coffee, and supplements.

Earl grey tea. Protein shake with banana and peanut butter. Black coffee. Rugbrød with butter, quorn and mustard. An orange.

Eggs, chicken sausage, potatoes, milk, blueberries, greek yogurt, almonds, peanut butter, raisins, oatmeal, cheese, turkey, prosciutto, hummus, avocado, grey sole, cabbage, coffee, multivitamin.

Veg soft tacos for lunch with chips & salsa; gooseberries & some chocolate with coffee in the afternoon; a lovely spread of ham, salami, tomatoes, beet crackers, olives, hummus, cheeses, carrots, and blackberries for supper - happy Friday y’all

I've been terrible so far today...( muffins and peanut butter and loads of coffee) but I am looking at all these ideas and thinking of making a very healthy vegetable soup later with bone broth.

Three teaspoons of coconut Oil
Two avocados
Almonds and walnuts
Rooibos tea
Feels nice eating for your hair ☺️

I’m making a lentil stew with sausage, barley, sweet potatoes, yellow potatoes, butternut squash, peas, spinach, carrots, nettle, other herbs, coconut milk, stewed tomatoes, V8, coconut milk, and beef broth. Onions and garlic of course! Afterthought ingredients after tasting: honey and hot sauce
And because it’s the season, pumpkin pie.
