Hah, can't say I eat anything special.
Cornflakes with skimmed milk, chopped bananas and raisins for breakfast, with a side of orange juice and black coffee (not together, hah!). Soup for lunch with some brown buttered bread. A really big portion of tomato pasta (with added chopped mushrooms or red kidney beans for bulk) for dinner. Occassional snacks throughout the day. Lots of water. Biotin, B12 and D3 supplements.

Lots of beans and veggies! Finding it hard to considerably up my protein intake as a vego... but trying! Might look into protein powder smoothies?

Yesterday: Beef with Finnish squeaky cheese and some cucumber. Low-carb chia seed porridge. Lots of tea with fatty cream and cinnamon. Supplements.
Today: Meat loaf with egg (within the loaf) and some cucumber. Low-carb rhubarb pie. Organic coffee, and lots of tea with fatty cream and cinnamon. Supplements.

OT2: Now after writing the OT above, it sounds primarily "confident".

I made an omelette for breakfast with lots of vegetables and a little bit of cheese... yum!

Some greek yogurt as a snack. For lunch I had hummus and veggies with some pretzel crisps. It was pretty good! I really like peppers, but I don't think I like them with hummus.

Earl grey tea.
Poached eggs on wholemeal toast with marmite and butter.
An orange.
Handful of cashew / almonds.
Haven’t had my tea yet... think it’s a homemade quorn curry with brown rice and peas.
And 2L of water.

Pulled pork with herbal butter. Low-carb skyr. Chicken with skin. Coffee, and tea with fatty cream and cinnamon. Dark chocolate. Supplements.

Stir fried broccoli, courgette, chilli, potato and egg.

Last night’s leftover quorn curry (we always make enough for 2 days) with sweet potato, green beans, peas and cous cous.

Bone broth with minced meat and cabbage. Pork steak and bacon with salad (lettuce, cucumber, cottage cheese, EVOO, butter). Organic coffee. Supplements.
That's an unusually large amount of plants for me, haha! My stomach hasn't rebelled as of yet, luckily.

Roasted potatoes. Air-fried tofu with spring greens, kale, and quinoa. Cotton candy grapes. Coffee, water, supplements.
