I'm eating leftover soup I made and froze last week that consists of: carrots, sweet potatoes, leeks, garlic, ginger, bone broth, coconut oil, curry, salt & pepper.
Dinner tonight will be sweet and sour Hawaiian beef stew served over white rice.

Two oranges, an apple, toast with peanut butter, vegetable soup, fish, potatoes and two squares of chocolate.
Lara bar, a sandwich full of vegetables, an apple. Pasta with a hummus-based sauce, fake beef crumbles, and green beans. A salad with baby lettuce, spinach, and radicchio. Probably another apple later...or a pear? Lots of tea, water, supplements (flaxseed oil, D, iron and B12)
Have been very stressed lately and not eating as well as I should be. Today I tried a little harder with water, tea, supplements. For lunch I am having a lot of grilled chicken over spicy coleslaw. For snacks I've packed pumpkin seeds and a can of tuna in olive oil.
Update: Never ate the tuna but dinner will be rice with beef and vegetables.
Peanut butter protein balls. Quinoa, red kidney beans, and roasted sweet potato with tomato sauce. Sugar snap peas and hummus. Green beans, fake beef crumbles, and more pasta sauce with some pasta with hummus sauce and hot sauce (it sounds like a hot mess, but it's delicious). An apple. Some tea and dark chocolate. More tea, water, coffee, and supplements (Flaxseed oil, D, iron and B12)
Spinach smoothie. Lentil & butternut squash dahl with rice & greek yoghurt. Skyr. Grapes. Matcha tea.
Goat milk with protein powder. Raspberries and pistachios. Peanut butter. Cottage cheese with dried cranberries. Spinach, brown rice, chicken enchiladas.
Yesterday was a bit of a cheat day as DBF and I had a date just for the heck of it and enjoyed some sushi and noodles. Later we had gathered ourselves again and had steaks with butter cheese, as well as fried egg, and I took my supplements.
Chicken and rice. Mashed potatoes, meat balls, brown sauce and peas. Vanilla quark. Water, tea and supplements.
Spinach smoothie. Aubergine and sweet potato with coconut rice. Greek yoghurt.
