I'm recovering from an illness and I have hit that ravenous phase. So far I've had:
a matcha, turmeric, cocao latte made with almond milk
a baked sweet potato with butter, Trader Joe's umami seasoning, and full fat yogurt
a bowl of tantanmen at the ramen shop
half an almond butter, banana and honey sandwhich
Chamomile tea, with vanilla almond milk creamer and honey
...and it's on'y just past noon. haha
I guess I'll be hitting the gym extra hard when I've recovered. :)
A spanish omelette with homemade mayonaise, loads of protein for that hair!
Soup with veggies, potatoes and sausage. Rye bread with turkey, mustard and lettuce. A slice of ham and tuna pizza. Fried chicken and blue cheese. Yogurt. Water, tea and supplements.
So far? Eggs and tomatoes on toast and a big cup of tea, breakfast in bed for the first time in years, I'm so spoiled.
Minced meat with funnel chanterelles and a bit of red onion. Pork steaks with butter cheese, guacamole and Finnish squeaky cheese. Mascarpone cheese with redcurrants. Supplements.
Spinach smoothie. Egg and smoked ham sandwich. Almond and salted caramel hot chocolate (free from Caffe Nero :P) Persimmon. Carrot dried fruit and nut bar. Chapaghetti - Korean black spaghetti with roasted chajang sauce.
Goat milk. Peanut butter. Guava, blueberries, dried cranberries. Pistachios. Pork sausage, eggs, cheese. Sliced tomatoes. Supplements.
eggnog with Captain Morgan, Bacardi Coquito now. What? It's gotta do something for my hair...
Bolognese (lentils, tomatoes, mushrooms, silverbeet cooked in the pan with spices) with spagetti, water, a gun and tonic, fish oils, sweet Indian curried beef with rice.
