Peanut butter protein balls. Black bean and quinoa salad. For dinner I'll have veggie soup and a salad. I have carrots and sugar snap peas and hummus as a snack. I'll probably have an apple or pomegranate for dessert. Or both :yumm:
Coffee, water, tea, supplements (B12, D, iron, and flax seed oil)

Water and supplements. Coffee. Two eggs over whole wheat toast. Spaghetti leftover from last night. Canned tuna in olive oil. Maybe a glass of milk later for some more protein.

Goat milk. Blueberries, guavas, pistachios, sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds mixed with Greek yogurt. Lentils. Peanut butter. Broccoli, carrots and carnitas. Supplements.

The rest of my steak and potatoes, orange juice, maple ginger tea, 2 baked potatoes w bacon and cheese, leftover beef n barley soup, lots of water, probiotics, HSN supplement.

Oatmeal. Chicken soup with rye bread, turkey, mustard and lettuce. A banana. Vanilla quark. Water, tea and supplements.

Minced meat with funnel chanterelles. A bit of salad and red onion. A pack of raw bacon. Mascarpone cheese with redcurrants. Raw cocoa powder in almond milk with mascarpone cheese and peanut butter. Supplements.

Granola & shreddies, coconut milk. Banana. Dates. Takoyaki. Red bean buns. Shakshuka (red onion, peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes, egg) with pork & bramley apple sausages, and bread. Chocolate and mulled wine. Matcha tea.
