Yesterday I ate oatmeal with green apples and maple syrup, coffee with almond milk, and I had a couple of vegan burritos, one with lentils, and another with beans and rice. I also continue to eat copious amounts of apples since my mom has several trees, and brough me a large amount. I really want to make an apple pie. Later I want to chop up a large salad and make my hummus dressing for it.
