beef salad wrap, it was nice, I also take Silica liquid with juice, I was told it's better for you than Biotin, it'd annoying, I may try tablet form, the liquid doesn't look like it's helping any

We had our soup at noon, me & mom. And I had my yoghurt for breakfast.
Soup of chickpeas and tomato (protein + iron + vitamin C) with curry also.

Rice with chicken and banana sauce. Some simple salad. A banana. Yogurt with muesli. Noodles and pork and chili sauce. Some lovely homemade pesto bread. Tea, water and supplements.
