Topically applied, it CAN have some hair growth benefits. I just drink it as part of a generally healthy diet, but I make sure it's always organic.

Chicken, avocado, and broccoli with a couple of different cheeses as well as garlic. Low-carb blueberry pie. Organic coffee. Ginger and lemon tea with totally unprocessed milk straight out of the cow. Dark chocolate. Supplements.

Granola with yoghurt and berries, walnuts, cashew nuts, dark chocolate, "lasagnas" with eggplant, ground beef and cheese, orange juice.
