Protein, collagen powder in my coffee, and supplements. I ate a big lunch so I imagine fiber cereal for dinner with almond milk. I tend to like to eat more in the AM than the PM.

Homemade spanakopita and a Greek salad for dinner and now I'm relaxing with a chamomile tea.
Bone broth, collagen powder with my tea, nuts (cashews & pistachios)instead of chips.
Pan-fried salmon with veggies

Peanut butter toast and a coffee
Made a soup that included bone broth, a poached egg, and I even added some collagen. I felt like it was a love-letter to my hair.
A yogurt with ground flax seeds, granola and a banana mixed in.
Granola,prawn baguette, yoghurt, veg, drank lots of water and my hair vitamins.
Various greens and veggies and even more veggies.
Collagen powder in coffee. It's made an immense difference to the strength of my nails, they're almost unbendable. If it does similar things for my hair, I'm going to be a very happy cat indeed.
Also, my joints ache much less.
