Ohh that sounds delish... and I guess the pecans make it healthier ;)
Today I had:
Peanut butter oatmeal. Beetroot risotto with sweet dumpling squash, sweet potato, courguette and broccolli.
Oatmeal with:cashew milk, chia seeds,flaxseeds,peanut butter and walnuts.
Green smoothie with banana,parsely and spinach.
Tuna and guacamole on top of whole wheat toast.
A big salad with grilled chicken dressed in olive oil.
Pork steaks with blue :cheese:. Fried eggs. Low-carb pancakes with mascarpone :cheese:. Finnish squeaky :cheese:. Coffee and hibiscus tea with ashwagandha.
