Fish soup, with cream, root vegetables & fresh herbs from my garden :)

Avocado, haddock & nettle tea. Also lots of cheese (is cheese a hair healthy food? lol)

Avocado, cheese, cold smoked salmon and cream cheese, eggs and black pudding (blood sausage). This was a particularly protein and nutrient dense day! So much healthy fats and iron, complete proteins, everything. And yum.

Avocado, salmon, strawberries & blueberries, sweet potato, eggs, almonds plus some cheese & butter. Lot's of lovely protein, fats & vitamins :)
