eating sweet potatoes with butter and toasted pecans right now, need to drink more wanter! Thanks for reminding me RoseChantel!
A banana! :disco:
I'm eating some yogurt with a banana. I'm not sure if eating the yogurt helps but I did remember the multivitamin today also!
Hard boiled eggs
Fried eggs and spinach. Ensuring I got some protein and iron.
Clementines..
It would depend if you're actually deficient in something or not. If you are, you could start by just taking a multivitamin with everything since it's easier than ruling out one by one, or get tested. If you're not, then doesn't matter what you take, it won't make a difference, you'd just waste money. Then I'd suggest paying more attention to your habits and damage that might come from that, like spending a lot of time under water, using detergents when cleaning or something like that can weaken your nails and make them prone to be broken or thinner. Same with hair.
I do not know for how long you were taking supplements but it could also be that you didn't wait long enough to see the difference since it will take years for your new hair to reach a length to which you can actually compare and feel a difference.
I had chicken, beef and pork. I read that us elders need double the protein. I also take Great Lakes Collagen Hydrolysate in my morning coffee. Had cabbage and onion, too. I try to eat good for my immune system and hope it makes my hair healthier too. And lots of water
Still having ACV and blackstrap molasses drink every morning instead of coffee; taking some magnesium citrate with lunch and a liver pill (dandelion root and milk thistle) before bed. Basically trying to boost my overall health.
Fish, salad and a granola/nut bar.
Apples with lovely organic almond butter. Yum!
Spinach salad with salmon, tomatoes, feta cheese and some nuts. Two eggs. Daily supplements.
Right now I'm having a smoothie with banana, "more natural" milk, strawberries, raspberries, cloudberries, ashwagandha powder, maca powder and some oats type flour. I can almost feel my hair growing as I sip on this! ;)
I am going to try to start checking in here because I really need to improve my nutrition.
Today, I had a handful of nuts, and a fruit salad with banana, oranges, kiwi, and plain yogurt. This evening I will take my multi and fish oil supplements
ETA: for dinner I had spring rolls with vegetables and tofu. And then a mint chocolate brownie for, you know, vitamins :p
Sorghum :)
Kale/fruit protein shake :flower:
Ham, caviar, shproty (it's a small fish, don't know the name in English). Cheese also, and sausage. Hope it's enough protein :P
Yes, I think you're right :hmm:
It's the first time in my life I hear that.
I'm visiting my family, hence the "fancy" eating , I don't normally eat caviar or salmon daily, for example.
My mom has also been feeding me salad daily, which is something I, sadly, often skip since I do the cooking back home.
Fresh pineapple...
chocolate :)
:) Pizza :)
This morning for breakfast I had 3 slices of cinnamon raisin bread with peanut butter on it, and a cup of cinnamon + apple tea. For lunch I had a tuna sandwich an a half with some veggie chips, and a half banana with some cherry coke zero. For dinner I will have a ham sandwich an a half with some more cherry coke zero.

Had my usual fruit and greek yogurt bowl with wheat germ and granola this morning. I've also bought some chick peas this week, a friend told me they're great for hair and skin. I like them so it's worth a shot!

Fried rice with vegetables, turkey and egg.
Lots of bananas and milk
Lots of water, one banana and a protein shake.

Christmas chocolate... :xmas: today my green tea has cinnamon and cranberries in it and later I'll drink hot chocolate.
