I am beginning to find a routine with my new diet now. I start the day off with some bone broth and a chicken thigh, lunch is fermented veg and some salmon, and now I have made some stew I will either have a bowl of that or a bit of lamb/venison/beef or similar (trying hare tonight) and some cruciferous veggies. I sometimes have some turnip, just to change things up a bit. Drinks include Jun (kombucha with green tea/honey) and water kefir. Still looking forward to reintroducing eggs next week…

I'm just starting my day and I'm having a nettle tea- loaded with silica and sulphur apparently. I'm also using herbal tea as a way to drink more water. I find it easier to sip away on teas during the day than water.
I picked some mulberries off our trees this morning. After a soak, I'm having about half a cup of them with a 1/2 cinnamon bagel with cream cheese and my morning coffee.
Lunch: a spicy crab sushi roll and some roasted cauliflower.
Dinner tonight is going to be turkey chili.
Scrambled eggs, french toast, berries, bacon, egg noodles, fried shrimp, multivitamins
I just had a genmachia green tea, which is sometimes called a rice green tea because it has toasted rice mixed in! Its yum, very savoury- which is great when I'm craving savoury.
Green tea has tones of antioxidants and some research backing up its benefits for hair growth. Some of which included topical application of the tea to the scalp. Personally I think some other areas of my body could do with some antioxidant support so I'm happy to drink it instead.
I had a natural yoghurt with blueberry and elderflower, lots of water, cashew nuts and vitamins.
Im planning on having a matcha green tea in the next hour or so. All the benefits of green tea but more concentrated!
Today I ate cottage cheese with chicken to hit my protein goals, took my vitamins, and am currently doing a deep conditioning treatment! about to drink a big glass of water.
Chicken nuggets(don't judge😁) and we're about to eat my homemade cheese stuffed meatloaf and pasta salad. Lots of coffee earlier and now I'm drinking a glass of lemonade.

Lots of protein today plus nori snacks and collagen in my milky tea!
Accidentally didn't eat breakfast today, got busy cleaning. Lunch was an everything bagel thin with cream cheese, tomato, and bacon, broccoli cheese soup, and some roasted cheesy cauliflower. Having a cheese stick and seaweed for a snack. No idea what I'm making for dinner.

I have a thermos filled with green tea with me today- good source of water and antioxidants. I'm also taking MSM again... I mix it with water and down it quickly, it doesn't have a pleasant taste.

Last night I treated myself and UberEats'ed Indian food- I had veggie samosas, tikka paneer, and chapatti. Today I've just had some mango juice and hard boiled eggs, but I'm planning on making baked mac and cheese for dinner, with sliced tomatoes and breadcrumb crust on top (: Remembered to take my vitamins today too! Oh, and lots of coffee, as always.
So far today, bacon, eggs and cherries. Coffee water and the anti inflammatory carrot ginger turmeric juice. I took my vitamins today and am starting fish oil too, but more for my creaky joints and terrestrial diet than for my hair
The last couple of days its been spinach in tomato sauce . Today it was a pack of ramen and a pepsi and some coffee. I normally try to get in three liters of water daily but I was even off with that today Hopefully can get back on track tomorrow I know that wasn't the best of things . Still need to buy some vitamins and stuff . On the end of the month so the pickings are slim . Hopefully we can go do groceries soon. I want to try meal planning for the month so i can make sure I get in all the vitamins and nutrients my hair needs .
