Pulled pork is in the pressure cooker; cauliflower and broccoli are steaming; sugar-free brownies with a schmear of peanut butter (no, really, it's good, I swear) await as a reward for the protein and veggies. I don't think black tea on a drip-feed counts as hair food somehow...

DBF and I had a celebration today so we had sushi and some fried noodles and stuff like that that went along with it. Other than that, I've had a pork steak with lettuce, cucumber, some kind of creamy cheese, cottage cheese and Finnish squeaky cheese (lots of :cheese:!), as well as coffee, black tea and hibiscus tea with ashwagandha powder. Also supplements.
Supplements, dried mango, dried goji berries, chana masala, and loads of ice cream :p Ice cream is good for hair growth, right?

Shreddies & cashew milk. Banana. Nearly an entire maltloaf and half a jar of peanut butter(!). Grapes. Chicken goujons. Gnocchi bake with lots of cheese, aubergine, courgette, lentils, chestnut mushrooms, broccolli, sweet dumpling squash, red onions, garlic, chopped tomatoes... matcha tea, coffee and a hot chocolate... and some little chocolates from a Thorntons box... :P
I'm convinced ice cream is actually some kind of superfood... I swear I can eat a whole tub and not feel gross the next day... I also lost weight when I went through a period of eating a lot of ice cream (??!) lol

Green smoothie with banana,parsely and spinach.
Tuna and guacamole on top of whole wheat toast.
A big salad with grilled chicken dressed in olive oil.

Protein shake! :D I put kale, protein powder, blueberries, strawberries and a banana.

Breakfast: Pistachios, 2 medjool dates, coffee with almond milk, tea, and cottage cheese with nutritional yeast.

Lunch: Rice and black eyed peas
Supper: chicken breast and brussels sprouts
Snack: chocolate mochi ice cream :yumm:

Raw egg yolk. Doesn't take any time to cook if you need a quick snack, and yolks are better when not cooked anyways. Just crack it, get rid of the white and swallow it. It can also be used as a dip for potato chips, believe me it's delicious!
So far, a banana, coconut milk yoghurt, and a soya iced latte. Planning to have tomato and basil soup and a vegan Sri Lankan curry later. :happydance:
