I feel this so hard. I just ate some salmon for dinner, and I'm still looking at salmon recipes on pinterest bc I love it so much. Poke bowl also sounds really good...

Today I had half a breakfast burrito (eggs, black beans, cotija cheese, chorizo, potatoes), Greek yogurt with blueberries and pumpkin seeds, popcorn, oven-roasted salmon and spinach, and some dark chocolate with pretzel bits. Also had a mezcal Bloody Mary at brunch, but that wasn't really for my hair.
Re: What did you eat for your hair today?
I will be eating a "Belgian classic", which is: fries. We are known for the little stands all over towns and communities with fries, typically with stew and mayo. Yes, I know. But it's delish! I promise. These days these "stands" are forced to close as it is a so-called "eye-sore". It's like these politicians won't rest until the last bit of what is typically our culture is *gone*. And I don't get it, not one bit.
Anyway... back to the fries. My dad makes them from scratch, so no pre-sliced potatoes from the coolers; or frozen fries. We actually buy potatoes for fries. But you can't find any good ones lately anymore. See my comment about defacing an entire culture. Every gosh darned fry potato we find in stores (any store) goes dark brown (and that's a cancer risk) when deep fried. I mean... This is a pure and utter disgrace.
I did manage to find some "Fontana" potatoes, and they are "supposed to be" good ones, but... we'll see.
Anyway, bon appetit! ;)

Fries with mayo are delish!
I had oatmeal and a sweet potato earlier.

SandyBottom, yes they are! :D
The "Fontana" which is supposed to be the next best thing to the old old famous Belgian fry potato the "Bintje". It worked. They went a nice golden color. Yay! And I got 6 bags. We're down one 2.5KG bag now. But yep, when I find good ones, I buy a fair number of bags, because a good fry potato? Try and find one in Belgium anymore. :( My big pet peeve here.
Re: What did you eat for your hair today?
So far, egg, lol. My hormone levels are making me nauseated so I haven't eaten much.
Re: What did you eat for your hair today?
Breakfast: Breakfast burrito (Flour tortilla, 2 eggs, ground beef, rice, tomato, onion, cheese, spices)
Dinner: Salmon, white rice, broccoli, carrot salad (carrot ribbons, sesame oil, rice vinegar, salt, pepper). Think I'll have some dark chocolate for my dessert.
Lunch was just popcorn, since I wasn't feeling very good and just wanted a snack instead of a lunch. Probably does't do much for my hair :p
Re: What did you eat for your hair today?
walnuts and almonds! (cranberrys too but i suppose they dont count lol
Re: What did you eat for your hair today?
Yesterday: medium-rare beef steak with pink Himalayan salt, Brussels sprouts, and chanterelle sauce. Serrano ham and skyr earlier in the day.
I'm not yet sure what we'll be having today.
Re: What did you eat for your hair today?

It ended up being omelette with tuna (in olive oil) and cheese. Blueberries and pistachio nuts for dessert.
